Patient Presentation
A ≥ 65-year-old Female presented with Weakness, Other – Leg cramp and tightness at Legs for Recent onset (<3 months).
Presenting Complaint
Patient had been experienced on & off leg weakness, cramp dan tightness lately. Patient was brought to health clinic and prescribed with Mecobalamin 500mcg od. Patient’s daughter was concern of her mother’s condition and enquire proper counseling.

Patient planned to monitor symptoms, Follow-up recommended at pharmacy

Ask open ended questions to patient instead of just dispensed medicine as usual. Encourage patient to share the current health condition and provide proper and effective counseling points to improve patient quality of life
