Patient Presentation

A <30-year-old Male presented with Other – The patient feels like his hands and feet are burning and the rash on his skin looks reddish and contains pus. at Multiple areas for Persistent (≥3 months).

Presenting Complaint

Initially, the patient searched on Google for the nearest pharmacy to where he lived and then also compared prices.

Actions Taken

Provided counselling on symptom management, Recommended vitamins or supplements, Recommended OTC treatment, Advised medical consultation, Provided lifestyle guidance, Other – provide ways to care for wounds, such as not intentionally breaking wounds containing pus so that it doesn’t spread further, and if it has broken, treat the wound well so that it doesn’t leave a scar.

Key learning / Clinical insight

Sometimes there are some patients who are embarrassed to tell the origin of the spread of the disease they got, if the symptoms and origin of the disease cannot be explained honestly by the patient, then it can be recommended to the doctor so that the diagnosis is correct and the patient can be treated well
