A 50-64-year-old Female presented with Numbness, Tingling, Nerve pain (such as shooting pain, electric shock pain), Weakness at Hands, Feet for Persistent (≥3 months).

Presenting Complaint

Patient went to the pharmacy to ask for suggestions on what medication to take for her symptoms (peripheral nerve pain and numbness which she described to be much prominent in the morning when she wakes up) since it has been persistently happening for more than a month
