A ≥ 65-year-old Female presented with Numbness, Weakness at Hands for Persistent (≥3 months).
Presenting Complaint
Patient came to collect follow up medication at pharmacy as usual
Actions Taken
Provided counselling on symptom management, Advised medical consultation, Other – Maintain current medication as prescribed, compliance and monitoring the symptoms. And consult further medical consultation if symptoms worsen.

Symptoms appeared manageable

Pay more attention to patient conditions despite provide regular medicine to patient. Review patient compliance as well on each follow up.
