A 50-64-year-old Female presented with Numbness, Tingling at Hands for Persistent (≥3 months).
Presenting Complaint
Patient has scheduled follow-up at MOPD clinic in Hospital Sarikei for her DM and Hypertension. She came to pharmacy after seeing doctor. Patient complaint to me on numbness and tingling sensation on both her hands.
